|Jeff and I went to Napa Valley for two reasons, one was to attend my very dear friend's wedding and the other was to celebrate our 12 years together. We typically don't celebrate our years together but this was quite special. We arrived in Calistoga known for wineries, hot springs, mud baths, spa treatments and outdoor activities. Jeff and I aren't into the spa treatments but chose to spend every waking moment exploring the outdoors. Here is a list of the things we did. Visited a petrified forest the largest in the world, went to Napa State Reserve for horse back riding and the Jack London Ranch for another day of horse back riding - 3 hrs of country and saw a 1500 year old redwood tree. We rented a bike for half a day and rode back country roads which was absolutely stunning, two wine tastings, scenic driving, ice cream everyday, visited a geyser, explored the small town of St. Helena and had lunch with friends, finished the days with dinner and wine and hot jacuzzi. Jeff and I took a lot of pictures of us having fun, normally there are never pics of me since I am camera shy - I know it's silly.
We were sad to leave and already miss our new friend Dominic who was our horse back riding guide for two days and owns the
Triple Horse Creek Outfit - 3 breath takingt locations. If you ever visit Napa, I recommend riding with them. The horses are treated so well and are so loved and live in a beautiful environment.

|I can't even begin to say how much fun we had with Julia & Gregory on their wedding day. Because we had photographed their engagement session - seeing them again was like hanging out with friends. Though it was frigid cold outside we stuck it out where freedom allowed for a lot of candid and creative moments. Everything about their day sparkled and clicked - their family, guests and locations made for the perfect setting. Julia & Gregory were easy going and happy and totally cool! You are awesome!
So I'm adding a lot of pics and many from outside because there are so many I like. You can also view the slideshow at the bottom of this post and on my featured page on main web site.

|My very dear life long friend Lisa is getting married this month to Jacob in Napa Valley ! I am so happy for them and thrilled that they have come together. The below pictures are their first together and although a little shy in front of the camera I think these turned out great and they look so natural. I love the how the warmth and happiness pops!|
|I love these tight close - up shots - there is great energy here.|
|Walking around Brooklyn allows a photographer fun and spontaneous shots whether shooting still life, people in their environment or portraits with amazing backdrops and textures. These are just a few of the shots taken by walking around the neighborhood and finding wall art, posters and painted walls. Get out your camera and take a walk. Never know what may inspire.

|While preparing for my seminar with Emma Events, I thought it might be interesting to contact my clients with this question. "What were you looking for when searching for a photographer" and the response was fantastic - the top two responses was style and personality. The writing below is from my client Elizabeth who was married last year in RI. I loved her response and in a nutshell resonates with most couples and our approach to Di Bezi Photography. Enjoy the reading below and thank you Elizabeth for your "clever" writing.
