|Had an amazing anniversary shoot today with my clients Chloe and Rudy near the George Washington bridge. I photographed their wedding two years ago and today Chloe surprised her husband with this gift.

|Ok! so I'm loving Clients. The engagement shoots have been such fun with clients who glow and have a good time. you can definitely see it here, it just doesn't stop and I love it!
Lorimar & Adam's shoot was photographed in their characteristic neighborhood in East Village, walking around allows for a multitude of fun, colorful and lively backdrops, we definitely had a good time even through the shyness, which I think adds a layer of goodness.
|It's funny how some seasons can be lots of shoots in parks while others are more urban city streets. It's nice to go back to the streets especially in neighborhoods I love. This of course is the west village which is my favorite neighborhood in NYC, it's where I wanted to live when I first came to NYC 14 years ago, but instead ended up on the upper west side.
I love a bubbly personality when it comes to photographing people, it makes for a dynamic shoot. Alyson was all aglow, all smiles, super bright eyes, and such a sweetheart and Sean was laid back and easy going the way I like it - looking forward to their wedding this year!

|Jeff and I just celebrated 17 years together. Every few years, and it's been about four, Jeff and I like to take pics of each other somewhere in the country, so last weekend we spent a few fun hours at one of our favorite locations two miles from our home in the country. It's an open field with a long trail for walking or riding your bicycle and it's surrounded by tall mountains and evergreens and on a sunny day, depending which way you face the sky, is a brilliant blue. We love walking our newly rescued dog Alice there, at this place she can surely be the dog she is sniffing and running.
Another location is a waterfall we recently spotted just two miles from our country home - sad it took us so long to discover but i'm sure we'll have many visits there sitting at the lake just below and sharing a picnic.
